Journal Publication

The authors of accepted abstracts are kindly advised to submit the full papers for publication in leading journals if the authors are intended to.

Requirement of Paper Presentation

1.	In principle, at least one of the authors must make a registration by May 15, 2023 in order for their papers to be included in the program and abstract book of HT-CMC 11.
2.	One regular registration is eligible to present maximum two papers and one student registration is eligible to present one paper.

Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee according to standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail by April 30, 2023.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

If the author of an accepted abstract does not register by the author registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the HT-CMC11 secretariat (htcmc11korea@gmail.com) in writing as soon as possible.

Submission Guidelines

1.	Abstracts must be written in English.
2.	Abstract body should be in text only and should not exceed 250 words.
3.	All abstracts should clearly state: objectives (or backgrounds), methods, results, and conclusions.
4.	Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
5.	Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral or poster). However, the Technical Program Committee will make the final decision after review.
6.	Acknowledgement of your abstract submission will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract.
7.	Authors will be notified of acceptance of abstracts.
8.	Authors accepted for oral or poster presentation must register for the conference.

Formatting Information

Title	Use a concise title that indicates the content of the abstract. The complete title should be capitalized the first letter and should not exceed 30 words.
Authors	Full names including surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting author's name will be underlined. Corresponding author's name should be marked with asterisk (*) following the name.
Affiliations	Affiliation should include institution only. Do not write department or street address of the institution.
Contents	Abstracts should be 250 words or less; the submission system will not accept anything beyond that. Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
